Shipping in the Continental US is free, and there is no handling fee. All others should contact me first, so that I can compute shipping.
Normally, we would accept regular returns within two weeks of receipt, but, during the pandemic, it is impossible to receive returns within any reasonable time frame. For the foreseeable future, no returns – except for damage or our error – will be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, all you need to do is send us a picture of the damage, and we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible (Note: if you decide that you can repair the damage, we will be glad to give you a partial refund for the inconvenience).
If we actually send you the wrong item, please notify us and we will send you postage to return the incorrect tiara (If the box is not damaged, that is always a good way to return the tiara). Unless you decide that you love the one you got as well; in which case, we will give you a discount on the original tiara you wished to purchase.
